We all can't be perfect!

Hey everyone! Just thought we would give you a little update on the camp. We corrected the dates on the web site. It is now correct. We have had a lot of intrest in the camp and it sounds like we will have a large number of athletes this year. Hope your track season is going well and you are all running personal bests. Welcome to the Tennessee Cross Country Camp!

The Tennessee Cross Country Camp is dedicated to training and educating cross country runners of all abilities. Campers will be involved in discussions and demonstrations related to the sport of cross country. Topics will include: training schedules, running mechanics, nutrition, race strategy, and mental preperation to name just a few. There will be two workouts per day with the amount of running based on each individual runners fitness level and running background. We'll also have lots of fun for a running expereince you'll never forget!
